Homicide detectives continue to investigate as it is believed there are additional suspects were involved in Lariviere’s killing.

The case is one of two Monday deaths homicide detectives are investigating.

In the second case, a man’s body was found at a central Edmonton home about 11:20 p.m. Monday, hours after multiple people reported hearing gunshots in the area at 6 p.m. near 106 Street and 74 Avenue, police said.

Officers found the victim after responding to a report of a dead male.

Homicide detectives are now leading that investigation, still deemed suspicious.
