One person was shot by police outside of Six Flags Over Georgia on Saturday after a brawl involving a huge crowd during the park’s opening.
An “unruly crowd” of between 500 to 600 people were running and fighting at the park outside Atlanta, Cobb County Police told WSB-TV. Police led the crowd out of the park when an unknown number of suspects fired on officers
An officer returned fire, hitting one of the suspects. That person was taken to hospital in an unknown condition.
