Hisense has launched the 2024 U8N Series Mini-LED 4K QLED Google TV in North America. Three sizes are currently on sale in the US, 55”, 65” and 75”, with larger 85” and 100” devices expected to go on sale at some point in the future.

The U8N is a 4K TV with a 3,840 x 2,160 px resolution, a native 144Hz refresh rate, and a 480Hz motion rate. The model is said to have Mini-LED Pro+ technology with full array local dimming; the 55”, 65” and 75” U8N have 672, 1,600 and 2,000 backlight partitions, respectively. The peak brightness levels also differ between sizes, with the 55” model offering up to 1,500 nits. In contrast, the other two sizes can go up to 3,000 nits. Plus, the Hisense TV’s screen has an anti-glare coating to reduce reflections. For gaming, there is Game Mode PRO with VRR, and the device has built-in 50W 2.1.2 channel speakers. On top of that, the U8N supports various technologies like Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision Gaming and FreeSync Premium Pro.

The model has ports including HDMI 2.1 (4K@144Hz), HDMI eARC, Ethernet, and USB 2.0, alongside Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. You can now buy the 55”, 65”, and 75” versions of the 2024 Hisense U8N Series Mini-LED 4K QLED Google TV in the US for $1,099.99, $1,499.99, and $1,999.99, respectively.
